We're assisting Brand Fusion with the expansion of their New Orleans team as they continue growing their face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to develop professional skills quickly, and is looking for an environment that combines marketing, sales, customer interaction, and team collaboration. This is not a behind-the-scenes desk role. The position involves direct customer interaction through live campaigns, retail pop-ups, and promotional marketing environments where personality, communication, and confidence play a major role in day-to-day success. Role Snapshot Working alongside the sales and marketing team at live campaign locations Representing brands through face-to-face customer interaction Supporting promotional campaigns and customer acquisition efforts Learning how marketing campaigns are executed in real-time environments Building communication, presentation, and sales skills through hands-on experience What You'll Be Doing Speaking with customers at retail activations and promotional campaign locations Supporting live marketing campaigns through direct public engagement Explaining products, services, or promotions in a clear and engaging way Assisting the sales team with customer acquisitions and registrations Creating positive customer experiences and building rapport Learning campaign strategy, customer engagement techniques, and sales processes Working closely with team leaders in a collaborative environment Helping maintain high energy and professionalism throughout campaigns What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills A positive, outgoing attitude Someone who enjoys working in fast-paced, social environments Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in marketing and sales Daily coaching and ongoing product training Opportunities to develop leadership and team management skills Experience working on live campaigns and customer engagement projects A supportive team environment focused on growth and progression Transferable communication and business development skills Earnings & Progression Additional incentives may also be available for individuals who consistently achieve strong results. Average take home earnings range between $950 - $1100 per week. This includes, OTE / commissions, base pay / bonuses.
