Job Description

Marketing and Client Relations Coordinator (Part-Time) Williams Architects is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Professional to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and driving brand awareness. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing and content creation. Marketing Social Media
  • Maintaining the firm's voice/identity, highlighting new and past projects, highlighting events the firm participates in/sponsors, company news (new hires, promotions, awards, etc.) Website
  • Maintaining company website (WordPress), adhering to company guidelines, creating and adding new project pages, adding/removing team members, updating content as needed, updating/managing WordPress as needed Email
  • Emailing marketing/newsletter design and production using the Constant Contact portal Marketing Asset Management
  • Managing photos, templates, staff resumes, letterhead, and any other assets used in marketing the firm Business Development RFQs/RFPs
  • Organizing the response design/production, including writing, graphic design, form completions, coordinating with consultants, quality control, final production, and delivery Preferred Skills/Experience
  • WordPress
  • Content management
  • Adobe Creative Suite Experience
  • In order of importance: o InDesign o Photoshop o Illustrator
  • Graphic Design
  • Writing and editing
  • Including professional writing for proposals/forms and communications, social media, and email copywriting
  • Social media content strategy and production
  • In order of importance: o LinkedIn o Instagram o Facebook o Constant Contact
  • Basic photography
  • Microsoft Office Suite
