Job Description

Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Admission and marketing professional with long term care experience is what we are looking for. Will consider someone with social service experience in long term care setting. Must be able to build relationship with hospitals and discharge planners. You must be dependable, out-going, self-motivated with a customer service attitude. This position will require you to be able to go to hospitals, doctor offices and resident's homes. The right person will have a proven track record of admission and marketing in long term care. You must be able to make admission process easy for discharge planners and families of the resident. Must have knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare.
