Our client, a top activation agency based in Boston, is hiring a slew of entry-level Account Coordinators to support high-energy brand and youth marketing campaigns. This is a great opportunity for early-career candidates who want hands-on exposure to experiential marketing, ambassador programs, creative ad agencies and live events while working closely with one of the world's biggest global tech companies, in addition to internal teams. What You Will Do Support the planning, execution, and management of Gen Z-focused marketing campaigns
Assist with ambassador programs, activations, and experiential events
Help keep projects on track by managing timelines, deliverables, and reporting
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
Support day-to-day account needs, including communication, documentation, and follow-ups
Problem-solve quickly in fast-moving, live-event environments Key Skills and Traits Strong organization and time-management skills; able to multitask
Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable client-facing
Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
Adaptable and quick to problem-solve in changing environments
Interest in Gen Z, youth culture, trends, and experiential marketing
Team-oriented and customer-service driven
Personable; enjoys working with people and building relationships Experience and Tools Bachelor's degree (marketing, business, communications, or related field)
0-2 years of experience; events or experiential marketing experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
