Marketing & Culture Coordinator Description:
The Opportunity At Flansburgh Architects, we believe that design has the power to transformmunities. We are looking for a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary Marketing & Culture Coordinator to join our Boston studio. This is a dual-impact role designed for a creative storyteller who is equally passionate about digital brand presence and the physical environment that fosters innovation. We are seeking a proactive team member who views every task, from social media strategy to event logistics, as an opportunity to elevate our brand. Core Responsibilities Brand Stewardship & Communications •
Standards Maintenance:
Maintain and brand standards across all platforms, ensuring "front of house" and "back of house" aesthetics are unified. •
Public Relations & Identity:
Support brand awareness and business development through targeted PR, marketing campaigns, and market research. Studio Experience & Culture •
Environmental Curation:
Maintain a "front-of-house" experience that reflects our design standards, ensuring a weing, professional, and high-functioning environment for clients and staff. •
Event Design:
Lead the coordination of studio events and support preparation for industry conferences and trade shows. •
Studio Excellence:
Oversight of daily studio flow, supply procurement, and managing officemunications.
Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in marketing,munications, graphic design, English, humanities, or a related field, along with one to three years of experience. We seek individuals interested in the AEC industry who possess an eye for design. Required technical skills include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. Applicants should be able to solve problems independently, manage multiple deadlines, andmunicate effectively both in writing and in person. An optional portfolio demonstrating graphic and written content creation may also be submitted.
