About the Role The Merrow Group of Companies is looking for a Lead Generation & Marketing Coordinator to support sales growth across our family of brands. This role is focused first on lead generation and list building. You will research prospective customers, build targeted lead lists, organize customer information, and help create the outbound activity needed to support the sales team. You will also help create and distribute practical marketing materials, including flyers, product sheets, email campaigns, customer communications, and other sales-support materials. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable using tools like spreadsheets, email platforms, and AI to move quickly. Key Responsibilities Research prospective customers, dealers, distributors, end users, and target accounts. Build and maintain lead lists, customer lists, reactivation lists, and campaign target lists. Organize customer information by market, product category, geography, and sales priority. Support outbound email campaigns and customer communications. Create basic flyers, product sheets, and marketing materials. Use AI tools to support research, writing, list building, and campaign development. Work closely with sales to support outreach, follow-up, and lead generation. Track lists, campaigns, customer responses, and basic activity. Maintain accurate records and stay organized while managing multiple projects. Qualifications Previous experience in lead generation, marketing coordination, sales support, customer research, administrative support, or a related role preferred. Strong research and writing skills. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, customer lists, email, and business software. Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms. Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time. Practical, action-oriented mindset. Experience in B2B, manufacturing, distribution, industrial supply, sewing, textiles, apparel, or equipment markets is a plus. Basic design or layout experience using Canva, Adobe, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools is a plus. Pay:
