We are seeking a motivated, client-focused, and detail-oriented Client Services & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and can effectively balance relationship management with marketing execution. As a Client Services & Marketing Coordinator, the ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Director and brokerage teams across a variety of initiatives. Responsibilities include managing daily inquiries, distributing property information, coordinating marketing materials, maintaining client relationships, and database management. This role offers strong exposure to both client-facing and marketing functions within a growing firm. Key Responsibilities Respond to daily inbound inquiries, including incoming calls and emails Distribute property information and marketing materials to prospects, clients and brokers Maintain and manage property databases, including availabilities, pricing, and online listings Ensure internal databases and CRM systems are accurate, organized, and up to date Track client interactions and support ongoing relationship management Coordinate with the marketing team on brochure creation and other marketing initiatives Assist the Marketing Director and brokers with various projects Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platform preferred Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Team-oriented with a proactive, collaborative mindset Obtaining a Salesperson real estate license will be discussed as part of the role
