We're Empire Deck Collective, a sales and business consulting firm on a quest to banish buffering forever. We need a Verizon Representative in Worcester to support Verizon Fios. You'll be the wizard behind the curtain, making sure activations are magical, paperwork is perfectly muggle-proof, and customer trust is built so strong it could stream 4K in a thunderstorm, all while driving sales as a Verizon Representative. As a Verizon Representative, consider our training program your official acceptance letter to the Ministry of Connectivity. You'll be fully trained in the powerful magic of Verizon Fios, learning to command outreach portals across your assigned territories, conjure seamless service activations, and wield our CRM like a Marauder's Map to track and achieve all campaign goals through strategic sales, consistent sales execution, and results-driven sales performance that supports overall sales success in Verizon Representative teams. Role Requirements for a Verizon Representative Execute residential outreach across assigned territories, introducing Verizon Fios wireless, fiber, and bundled services using structured engagement protocols that support sales. Manage enrollment workflows with precision—ensuring accurate documentation, service tier selection, and activation timelines that drive sales. Present as a Verizon Representative with tailored service proposals based on connectivity goals, usage patterns, and budget alignment to increase sales. Log enrollment activity, pipeline movement, and service status in CRM to support campaign tracking, performance forecasting, and overall sales visibility. Coordinate with internal teams to align onboarding documentation, provisioning readiness, and delivery benchmarks with Verizon Fios standards to support sales. Monitor territory metrics and share actionable insights to refine outreach strategy and improve enrollment outcomes.
