Job Description

Marketing Coordinator / Graphic DesignerPosition Overview We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role combines graphic design, digital marketing, social media management, and website content development to support our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in design software, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and passionate about creating engaging visual and digital content that strengthens our brand presence. Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Creative Services
  • Create customized artwork proofs using Adobe Illustrator templates for customer quotes and orders.
  • Prepare print-ready artwork files and coordinate production with approved vendors.
  • Review and approve vendor proofs, providing revisions and feedback to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Track and monitor artwork projects to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Develop professional product flyers, sell sheets, catalogs, and marketing materials utilizing both traditional design tools and AI-powered creative platforms.
  • Design and distribute a quarterly company newsletter to keep employees informed and engaged. Social Media Marketing
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other relevant social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic social media content calendar.
  • Create engaging content that highlights company news, products, customer success stories, industry trends, and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor social media engagement and recommend strategies to increase visibility and audience interaction. Website Content Management
  • Create, update, and maintain website content to ensure information remains current, relevant, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop content that supports marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Assist with website optimization efforts, including content updates and user experience improvements. QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Experience creating print-ready artwork and coordinating with print vendors.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using AI-powered design and content creation tools.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
