Months Contract Schedule:
40 hours/week We are seeking a detail-oriented Market Access Marketing Specialist to support Payer and Reimbursement Marketing operations within a pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will assist with project coordination, marketing operations, compliance processes, vendor management, and cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Support marketing operations, meetings, events, and promotional activities Manage Veeva workflows, contracts, purchase orders, and compliance documentation QC marketing materials, payer data updates, and agency deliverables Maintain marketing databases, trackers, and field resources Coordinate with cross-functional teams including
Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and Patient Services Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 1-3 years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience preferred Experience with MLR review processes and marketing operations is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Veeva experience preferred
