Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting client partnerships. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and technical sales approaches is highly desirable.
