Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Practice Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic environment and brings a strong passion for social media, marketing, and growth . This is a key role responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations while also helping drive brand visibility, patient engagement, and revenue through digital marketing efforts . This position is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable managing patient experience and creating content, engaging online audiences, and supporting business growth initiatives . Key Responsibilities Practice Operations Oversee daily front desk operations and patient experience from check-in to follow-up Optimize provider schedules to maximize efficiency and revenue Coordinate consultations, inquiries, and patient communications Support team coordination and maintain a polished, brand-aligned environment Sales & Patient Experience Drive treatment and product sales with a consultative, relationship-based approach Convert leads into booked appointments and loyal clients Educate patients on services, pricing, and treatment plans Marketing & Social Media Manage and grow the practice's social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Create engaging content including before/afters, educational posts, and promotions Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries/DMs, and nurture online leads Collaborate on branding, messaging, and monthly marketing strategies Qualifications Experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, wellness, or luxury service preferred Strong background or demonstrated interest in social media management, content creation, or marketing Proven ability in sales, client conversion, or customer experience Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Comfortable on camera and confident representing a brand online Professional, polished demeanor with strong communication skills What We're Looking For A self-starter who takes ownership of both operations and growth initiatives Someone who understands how to turn client experience into social content and business growth Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and helping clients feel confident Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly pay + performance-based bonuses Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time opportunities available) Employee discounts on treatments and products Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding brand Collaborative, positive team environment Apply Today If you're passionate about aesthetics, love creating engaging content, and want to play a key role in growing a brand, we'd love to meet you.
