Max Volume is bringing Vol 18 to Maryland — a bold, high-ABV flavored Brazilian wine built for nightlife, social occasions, and the culture. We're searching for someone energetic, well-connected, and ready to help build a brand with real momentum behind it.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

The Role —Execute tastings and on-premise activations that create real brand moments (min. 6/month) —Build relationships with bars, restaurants, retailers, and nightlife venues across Maryland —Support and ride-along with AB distributors to drive velocity and sell-through —Develop new accounts and own consistent territory coverage —Capture and submit social media and activation content to support brand visibility —Help drive depletion growth and report on market performance

WHAT YOU BRING

Qualifications Background in service, hospitality, nightlife, events, or promotions Confident, outgoing, and socially connected in the market Self-starter with reliable follow-through Comfortable working nights and weekends Passion for brands, nightlife, and beverage culture Must be 21 or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21 years of age or older — required for all roles involving beverage alcohol Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required — mileage reimbursed at current IRS rates Must reside in or be able to work within the Maryland market Ready to Turn It Up? Maryland candidates only

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
