We partner with companies of all sizes to create custom products—from apparel and drinkware to marketing giveaways—that elevate their brand and leave a lasting impression.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to bring their branding ideas to life—guiding them through product selection, customization, and order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection and branding ideas Prepare quotes and manage orders from start to finish Communicate with internal team to ensure timely production Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email Build and maintain strong client relationships Support sales efforts by identifying new opportunities
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized with great attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects at once Experience in sales, customer service, or promotional products (preferred but not required) Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic business software
