Professional Job Summary The Strategic Partnerships Specialist supports the development and execution of brand partnerships that drive awareness, cultural relevance, and long-term brand growth. This role manages day-to-day partner relationships, leads activation execution across events and platforms, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure partnerships are delivered on- Inspired by Hard Work At Carhartt, the values of hard work—dependability, honesty, and trust—are rooted in the legacy of our founder, Hamilton Carhartt. Associate Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of partnership activations, including sponsorship programs, experiential moments, and on-site events, in collaboration with external partners and agencies. Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and delivery against partnership objectives. Lead partner-specific activations, coordinating internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver best-in-class executions. Maintain partnership and event calendars, managing key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across the partnership portfolio. Track partnership budgets, manage purchase orders and invoices, and ensure accurate and timely financial reconciliation. Track and report on qualitative and quantitative partnership performance, surfacing insights and learnings to inform future strategy. Coordinate with inventory and product partners to plan, submit, and track product orders that support partnership needs and seasonal planning. Represent the brand at local and national partner events, ensuring seamless on-site execution and alignment with brand standards. Partner with internal marketing, creative, and product teams to source promotional assets, giveaways, and product needed to support partnership activations. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability across the partnerships team. Collaborate with Brand Creative partners to develop clear creative briefs, manage timelines, and oversee creative execution for partnership deliverables. Contribute to the evolution of the broader partnership strategy by sharing insights, performance results, and cultural opportunities that support brand growth. Required Education Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent years of work experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Skills & Experience 3 years of marketing experience within a branded product environment Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines Apparel, Retail or Consumer Products industry experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record presenting a compelling marketing strategy and content presentation at a manager level meeting. Demonstrated ability to help manage relationships with agencies and external resources Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail Team mentality, passion for consumer and building brands by doing the right thing Curious person who takes the time to define "The Why" and enjoys building alignment by working in partnership with peers who own a stake in the work's success Experience and proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Word Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Typical office environment; office setting. Extended periods of time sitting, standing, typing on a computer is required. Willing to work some evenings and weekends if necessary. National travel required (up to 30%).
