TMJ & Sleep Disorders of Michigan is a concierge, fee-for-service practice offering advanced diagnostic and therapeutic treatment for jaw pain, chronic headaches, and sleep disorders. Utilizing cutting-edge technology including CBCT imaging, joint vibration analysis, and surface EMG, our team delivers comprehensive care that goes far beyond what traditional approaches offer. West Side Dental and A Life of Smiles are our established general and family dental practices, serving the Grand Rapids area with a full spectrum of dental care. Together, they welcome a steady flow of new patients each month and serve as the cornerstone of the family's dental legacy. Wellness Theory is our newest venture — a med spa offering PRF treatments, microneedling, injectables, and a growing menu of aesthetic and regenerative services. Wellness Theory represents the next chapter of the Mulder family's commitment to whole-person health and wellness. About the Opportunity This is a hybrid marketing and relationship-building position centered at TMJ & Sleep Disorders of Michigan. You'll split your time between digital marketing efforts and face-to-face outreach with medical and dental offices throughout the Grand Rapids area. You'll serve as the connective thread between our practice and the broader provider community, helping referring doctors and their teams understand the specialized care we provide and the impact it has on their patients' lives. What You'll Do Visit referring provider offices on a routine basis to maintain and deepen existing relationships Identify and build new referral partnerships with physicians, dentists, ENTs, and other specialists Coordinate and schedule lunch-and-learn meetings and provider-to-provider consultations between our doctors and referring offices Support digital marketing efforts including social media content, email campaigns, and online presence Track outreach activity, referral trends, and relationship development Represent our practice with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for the care we provide Who You Are A natural relationship builder who's comfortable walking into an office and starting a conversation Organized and self-directed — you'll be managing your own schedule and routes Experienced in marketing, sales, medical/dental office coordination, or a related field Familiar with social media platforms and basic digital marketing principles Passionate about healthcare and helping patients find the specialized treatment they need A clear, professional communicator — in person, over the phone, and in writing Bonus Points Experience in medical or dental practice marketing Background in pharmaceutical or medical device sales Familiarity with the Grand Rapids healthcare community Growth Opportunities All four of our practices operate closely together under shared leadership, which creates unique opportunities for professional growth.
