Job Description

Are you a talented creator who actually enjoys the "how" as much as the "what"? We are looking for a hybrid Marketing & Creative Coordinator to join our Lansing team. This is a unique "Swiss Army Knife" position designed for a professional who is 60% organized operator and 40% creative powerhouse. One day you'll be coordinating media traffic and managing vendor orders; the next, you'll be behind a camera, at a drawing tablet, or building a 3D mock-up for a retail display. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude and a diverse creative portfolio, this is your playground.
Marketing Operations & Coordination Project & Media Traffic:
Act as the "air traffic controller" for media buys, ensuring all creative assets are delivered to partners on time and to spec.
Events & Field Support:
Assist in end-to-end planning and provide hands-on "Day-Of" support for brand activations.
Production & Vendor Management:
Identify vendors, manage relationships, and place/track orders for swag, print, and promotional materials.
Retail Merchandising:
Physically install and maintain branded displays in retail locations to ensure our products shine.
Client Relations:
Bridge the gap between the team and clients, gathering the necessary data and assets for project success. Creative Production In this role, you will contribute to the visual identity of our brands through the following disciplines:
Graphic Design & Illustration:
Creating social tiles, posters, and digital assets.
Photography & Videography:
Capturing product shots or "behind-the-scenes" content at events.
Motion & Animation:
Developing short-form video content or animated social ads. 3
D Design:
Modeling retail displays or product packaging mock-ups.

You are articulate and fact-based in your speech. You know how to ask the right questions to get the right information from clients the first time.
Technologically Curious:
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have a natural aptitude for adopting and exploring new technologies.
Organized & Agile:
You can pivot from a budget spreadsheet to a retail floor without missing a beat, managing your time and priorities with ease.
Discreet & Professional:
You demonstrate maturity and sound judgment, especially when handling confidential materials or sensitive client issues.
Requirements Experience:
2+ years in marketing, event coordination, or a related support role (Cannabis industry experience highly preferred).
Creative Portfolio:
A portfolio link demonstrating your work in design is desired for consideration.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn new project management software.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a positive, self-confident attitude.
Physical Ability:
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with event setup and retail merchandising (lifting up to 30 lbs, standing for extended periods).
Local:
Must live in or near Lansing, MI, and be ready for local on-site work or light travel.
Compliance:
Must be 21+ and able to pass required state background checks for cannabis industry employment.

From $60,000.00 per year
