Marketing Coordinator Job Summary:

Responsible for development and execution of marketing campaigns for both Country Dairy, Inc. and Country Dairy Farm Store. Coordinate marketing activities, including market research, content creation, social media management, campaign tracking, and data analysis to achieve sales goals. This employee will work with various teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation and brand consistency. Reports to:

Head of Sales, Product Development, and Quality Areas of responsibility : Research and analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and satisfaction Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitive landscape Track data and monitor marketing campaign effectiveness Track marketing effectiveness, identify key metrics, and generate reports and recommendations.

Campaign development and execution:

Create marketing plans and strategies Develop original copy for and manage social media, websites, blog posts, website content, print materials etc. to engage target audiences. This includes scheduling and posting content on various platforms, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and inquiries. Maintain brand guidelines Create and manage advertising campaigns, graphic designs, vendors, and outsourced tasks Coordinate press events and appearances Assist in planning an executing in house events, trade shows, and conferences. Work with marketing partners and executive team members Required skills: Strong communication and writing skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (i.e. Google analytics, social media dashboards, email marketing software, etc.) Creative thinking and design skills Data analysis and reporting abilities Project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Understanding of marketing principles and best practices

Education/Industry Experience:

A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field would be a plus.
