Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will drive the execution of marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, engage target audiences, and generate measurable results. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns utilizing SEO tools, social media marketing, and performance marketing techniques to maximize reach and engagement. Manage content creation for websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media platforms using content management systems like WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite. Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to improve organic search rankings; utilize SEO tools and Google Analytics to track performance metrics. Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and user experience enhancements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and analytics insights. Coordinate paid advertising efforts including Facebook Advertising, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), SEM strategies, and Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with digital marketing goals while managing content calendars and campaign schedules. Analyze campaign data regularly to assess ROI and refine strategies for better performance; prepare detailed reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and engagement. Experience Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field with a strong understanding of SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies. Hands-on experience with content creation using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles. Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems; basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage social media platforms effectively through social media management tools; experience in B2B marketing is a plus. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement. Ability to analyze data using analytics tools to inform decision-making; experience with performance marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
