This is a Full Time position that pays $18 / hour and is located at 2905 Lexington Ave. S Eagan, MN 5512. The available schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We offer a robust Benefits Package including, but not limited to: Paid time off Consistent full time 40 hour per week schedule Employee discount Retirement savings plan including 401k with matching profit sharing Health Insurance Life Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Training and development The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will work with and support the Remarketing department and is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations for servicing, transport, and/or rental. The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. The ideal candidate will be an extremely organized self-starter, willing to take ownership of all administrative functions related to sales support and inventory control. The ideal candidate should have strong time management, organizational, and communication skills, be detail oriented, have effective PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), and have the ability to work independently without immediate supervision. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles through a network of more than 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories. Responsibilities Check in vehicles with our Vehicle Inventory Control Devices (daily) Maintain vehicle control Lot organization - in a safe and efficient manner Maintain and organize key security Complete paperwork associated with repairs, pick-up and delivery of vehicles. Schedule minor repairs and coordinate pick up and delivery Reconditioning duties and may build vendor relationships Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old.
