Responsibilities Family Experience & Relationship Building Welcome every athlete and family with excitement and positivity Build relationships with athletes, parents, and prospective members Help families feel connected and involved within the gym Ensure our Families First philosophy is reflected in every interaction Assist with onboarding new families and creating an amazing first impression Help improve athlete retention and overall member experience Sales & Lead Nurturing Follow up with warm leads through text, email, and phone conversations Schedule tours, evaluations, and onboarding appointments Help convert inquiries into enrollments Maintain fast response times and ongoing communication with families Support growth initiatives, promotions, and enrollment goals Marketing & Social Media Create and schedule social media posts Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotions Help market events, clinics, camps, and team programs Maintain brand consistency and gym communication standards Operations & Organization Coordinate schedules and assist with staffing organization Help maintain gym cleanliness and organization standards Order supplies and help manage inventory needs Support showcases, events, clinics, competitions, and gym activities Help ensure the gym runs smoothly day-to-day Required Skills & Qualifications MUST love working with kids and families High-energy, positive, outgoing personality Goal-oriented and growth-minded Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized and dependable Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Ability to take initiative and problem solve independently Strong computer skills are

Technology & Software Experience This role heavily relies on technology and communication systems.
