Marketing & Project Coordinator

TPC is seeking a high-functioning Marketing Coordinator. This is a hands-on role dedicated to ensuring our marketing strategy and multi-brand initiatives move from concept to execution without friction. You will act as the operational bridge for our VP, managing the complex daily workflows and ensuring our CRM architecture is tight, accurate, and driving results. This is a role for an executor who values efficiency, systems, and seeing projects cross the finish line.

Key Responsibilities Project Execution:

Manage the tactical execution of marketing initiatives. You will own the project boards, track status, manage dependencies, and ensure that tasks move forward according to the leadership team's direction.

CRM Operations:

Maintain the structural integrity of our CRM. You will be responsible for building campaigns, segmenting lists, and ensuring our reporting is accurate and actionable.

Operational Efficiency:

Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related logistics. You will facilitate the completion of tasks and clear administrative hurdles that arise during our daily operations.

Leadership Support:

Work closely with our VP to translate strategic goals into daily, manageable tasks. You are the vessel through which our high-level objectives are executed.

Requirements Systems Mindset:

You treat process as a tool for success. You are highly proficient in software such as Asana and CRM and can organize complex, multi-brand needs into clean, simple workflows.

Executive Support:

Proven ability to work in a support-heavy capacity, taking direction from leadership and translating it into consistent project momentum.

Professional Rigor:

You are reliable, organized, and capable of juggling high-volume tasks for internal TPC brands, restaurant partners, and external clients.

Availability:

In-office position in Cape Girardeau (M-F 8-5) with occasional, infrequent travel to our restaurant locations.

Compensation & Growth Pay:

$18.00-$22.00 per hour. We are looking for a highly capable professional who can deliver immediate operational value.
