Columbia, Missouri Synergy Home Care is a growing non-medical home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care that allows seniors and individuals with disabilities to remain safely in their homes. We are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our presence in the Columbia community.Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, and senior organizations
- Represent Synergy Home Care at community events, health fairs, and networking meetings
- Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about our services
- Develop new referral sources and maintain strong professional relationships
- Track marketing activities and referral results
- Work closely with the owner to grow the agency's client base Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare marketing, senior services, or community outreach preferred
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Knowledge of the Columbia community is a plus Compensation
- Base salary or hourly pay depending on experience
