What You'll Do:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our marketing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Social Media Management:

Creating and curating content for our social media platforms, engaging with followers, and tracking performance through analytics.

Content Creation:

Developing sales materials, product sheets, social media posts, email newsletters, blog posts, and promotional content that aligns with our branding and marketing goals.

Marketing Inventory & Company Store Management:

Overseeing and organizing marketing materials, promotional items, and company apparel. Ensuring inventory is stocked and efficiently managed for events, giveaways, and internal use.

Customer Database Management:

Maintaining and updating the customer database and territory maps for better targeting and follow-up efforts.

Tradeshow & Event Coordination:

Organizing and coordinating logistics for tradeshows, events, and product launches. Assisting with preparing promotional materials and post-event follow-up activities.

Campaign Tracking & Reporting:

Tracking the performance of marketing campaigns across channels and generating reports to measure their effectiveness. Providing insights to help optimize future campaigns.

Sales Support:

Preparing sales fliers, promotional materials, and other resources to support the sales team in engaging with customers and prospects.

Market Research:

Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and inform marketing strategies.

Administrative Support:

Providing general administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination of marketing activities.

What You'll Need:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role. Strong communication skills, including proficient writing, editing, and verbal skills. Proficiency in design and marketing tools, including social media platforms, design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with precision. Creative and detail-oriented with strong design skills. A proactive problem-solver with initiative in addressing challenges and finding creative solutions. A team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
