Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator Kansas City, MO | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Direct Hire | $75-95K LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client within the professional services industry who is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator. This role plays a key part in maintaining a consistent brand presence, enhancing digital visibility, and supporting strategic growth efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a professional services environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives to ensure consistency across all channels Maintain and update website content, working with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed Manage and contribute to social media efforts, including content planning and posting Draft, edit, and format marketing collateral such as professional bios, practice area descriptions, newsletters, and thought leadership content Support search engine optimization (SEO) activities, including content optimization and keyword tracking Monitor website performance and marketing metrics, providing regular reporting and insights Assist with digital advertising campaigns by coordinating efforts, tracking performance, and supporting optimization Create and update branded visual materials using design tools to ensure consistency and professionalism Support business development initiatives, including preparation of proposals and pitch materials Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely execution of marketing projects and deadlines Assist with planning sponsored events, speaking opportunities, and sponsorships

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role Strong written and verbal communication abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO and social media strategy Experience with website content management systems and basic web functionality preferred Exposure to paid advertising Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details:
