This full-time position requires a flexible and evolving schedule that adapts to consumer traffic and event demands. Brand Experts operate across dynamic retail environments — including mobile trailers, indirect retail partners, on-site set-ups throughout the area while being responsible for delivering exceptional product knowledge and creating meaningful consumer connections that convert interest into sales. This role blends traditional retail selling and brand representation, requiring confidence, professionalism, and the ability to drive performance in fast-paced settings. Main missions and purposes of the position A Brand Expert builds the image of our smoke-free brand. Brand Experts inspire Legal Age Smokers and Nicotine users and discuss the differences and benefits of using a smoke-free alternative. Brand Experts will operate in dynamic locations and local city events network and will be responsible for facilitating legal age smokers and nicotine users, who would otherwise continue to smoke, to convert to a smoke-free alternative by explaining its purpose, matching its benefits to their needs. Overall, Brand Experts act as key contributors to the smoke-free future we're working towards. The core function of this role is to introduce Legal Age Smokers and Nicotine Users to our smoke-free product who otherwise choose not to quit following all guidelines as this is a critical step in converting Legal Age Smokers and Nicotine Users by working with them 1:1 providing an exceptional consumer experience. Complexities of the position Multi-level communications. Strong brand knowledge with the ability to demonstrate product demos, answer questions, and make recommendations that meet customer's needs. Deliver high-touch retail experience, including authentic greetings, discovering needs, offering education and product recommendations, and closing sales. Execute retail operations, including accurate sales transactions, order processing, inventory management, and managing consumer payment information. Demonstrate excellent service and develop strong customer relationships in a retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environment. Educate customers on brand values, product features, and benefits. Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and visual standards. Submitting end of shift detail reports to leadership daily Manage your daily performance expectations with an opportunity to earn performance-based incentives by achieving KPIs Position Profile The Brand Expert must know: Relevant state, local, and national regulatory and legal guidelines concerning tobacco consumption. Licensed driver with a good driving record Bilingual in Spanish is a plus - High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in brand building activities (Events, Hotel/Restaurant, Nightlife Industry). Experience in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, field sales, or brand activations. Experience in consumer management. Experience in building & managing relationships with multiple stakeholders Ability to travel within select market area. Ability to travel outside the market area up to ten (10%) percent of time as needed. Must be able to lift objects of at least thirty (30) pounds. Technology:
