This role ensures that all letters, postcards, and other mailed materials are prepared, distributed, and tracked efficiently to support our marketing and client outreach efforts.

Compensation:

$10.85 hourly

Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize mailouts, including letters, postcards, and other marketing materials. Generate and maintain accurate distribution lists using company applications. Coordinate with departments and leadership to ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaign goals. Collaborate with graphic design or other teams as needed for content, visuals, and branding. Track responses, returns, and follow-up actions to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with distribution lists and basic mailing processes. Good communication skills for coordinating across teams.
