Our team specializes in face-to-face direct marketing , connecting with business owners to promote AT&T's products and services in a more personal and effective way.

What You'll Do:

Represent the AT&T brand in person across the Charlotte metro Engage directly with business owners to promote service upgrades and special offers Build product knowledge to confidently match business needs with solutions Track interactions and follow up with leads Attend hands-on training and team development sessions Collaborate with a tight-knit local team in a goal-driven environment

What We're Looking For:

Outgoing and confident communicator Eager to start a career in marketing, outreach, or brand development Enjoys face-to-face interaction and working in the field Comfortable navigating conversations and overcoming objections High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
