Our front desk team sets the tone the moment a client walks through the door. We're looking for a Front Desk Associate to work shifts behind the desk with one mission: deliver 5-star JETSET standards, every class, every client, every time. This isn't a management role — it's about showing up with high positive energy and owning your shift. What Your Shift Looks Like Client Experience is Everything Greet every client by name with genuine, high-energy hospitality Check clients in, answer questions, and make first-timers feel instantly at home Share class info, intro offers, and membership options — you're confident making sales in conversation Handle client concerns with grace and a solutions-first mindset Studio Vibes & Standards Keep the front desk, retail area, and common spaces spotless and on-brand Restock grip socks, water, towels, and retail between classes Maintain that Instagram-worthy JETSET look and feel throughout your shift Uphold all JETSET 5-star standards for cleanliness, music, scent, and presentation Team Support Support instructors with class transitions and client flow Accurately process payments, bookings, and waitlists in Mindbody Communicate client feedback or issues to studio leadership Show up on time, ready to bring the energy for morning, evening, or weekend shifts You're Our Person If You… Have 1+ years in customer service, retail, hospitality, or boutique fitness Are naturally outgoing — you love talking to people and it shows Bring high positive energy to every shift, even at 5:30am or on Saturdays Are comfortable with sales goals and earning commission for memberships + retail Pay attention to details — you notice when a candle needs lighting or towels need folding Can balance a fast-paced front desk while keeping cool under pressure Love Pilates, wellness, and the South End community The Perks Competitive hourly pay Free JETSET classes and events Discounted Memberships Flexible shift scheduling Staff discount on retail + grip socks Fun, supportive team that celebrates wins together Join Our Front Desk Fam If you're ready to bring the energy, drive sales, and make every client's day, we want to hear from you.
