People come in for workshops, birthday parties, family days, girls' days, and cute creative experiences. Our job is to help them have fun, learn the steps, and leave with a plushie they are proud of.

About the Job We're looking for a friendly and fun Part-Time Workshop Assistant to join our Charlotte team. You do not need to be an expert at sewing, knitting, or crochet. We will train you. This job is great for someone who likes working with people, enjoys cute and creative things, and has a positive attitude. What You'll Do Welcome guests when they arrive Help guests make their plushies step by step Teach simple sewing, knitting, and crafting steps Help kids and adults feel comfortable Answer questions about workshops and parties Answer the phone when needed Help with accessory sales using Square Organize yarn, supplies, and cute accessories Help move and restock yarn boxes Keep the workshop clean, organized, and photo-ready Make sure every guest has a fun experience Who We're Looking For Friendly and outgoing Positive and easy to talk to Good with kids and families Reliable and willing to help Creative or excited to learn Comfortable in a busy, hands-on environment Able to work weekends At least 18 years old Crafting, sewing, knitting, crochet, customer service, or experience working with kids is a plus, but not required.
