This team member helps families navigate class options, promotes studio programs, and supports daily operations. The ideal candidate is warm, highly organized, sales-driven, and confident in speaking with parents about class placement, tuition, and studio offerings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Enrollment Promote studio classes, events, and programs to new and returning families. Help families choose the best class options based on age, interest, and skill level. Meet weekly or monthly enrollment goals set by the studio owner. Follow up with trial students, leads, and inquiries to convert them into enrollments. Upsell additional classes, workshops, private lessons, and merchandise. Confidently explain pricing, registration fees, and package options. Track leads, conversions, and enrollment progress in the parent portal. Customer Service & Communication Greet dancers and families with a friendly, professional attitude. Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and in-person questions. Assist parents with studio policies, schedules, and upcoming events. Maintain positive, solutions-oriented communication with families and staff. Studio Operations Process registrations, payments, and merchandise sales accurately. Maintain an organized lobby and clean front desk area. Assist with attendance tracking and check-in/check-out procedures. Prepare printed materials, receipts, handouts, and forms as needed. Administrative Support Update dancer accounts in the parent portal (StudioPro). Assist with recital, competition, special events, and studio campaigns. Support daily administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and scheduling. Marketing & Engagement Encourage participation in theme weeks, events, and studio promotions. Help distribute flyers, reminders, and new program announcements. Represent M.A.D Studioz with enthusiasm and "M.A.D Energy" at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or front-facing retail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently speak to parents about class recommendations and pricing. Comfortable working with children and families. Quick learner with strong organizational skills. Experience with StudioPro or similar systems is a plus. Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and digital forms. PERSONALITY & CULTURE FIT
