Starting at $15 per hour Job Description Tiny Wonders Soft Play is looking for a reliable and energetic Event Crew Member to help with the setup and breakdown of kids' soft play areas and inflatables , including slides and water slides, for parties and events. We help create some of the most important moments for families, from birthday parties to special celebrations. If you enjoy being around positive energy, staying active, and being part of fun, upbeat environments, this is a great fit. Events take place in a variety of settings, both indoors and outdoors , including homes, parks, country clubs , and high-end event venues. You will be part of delivering a clean, professional setup no matter the environment. You will work alongside an Event Crew Lead to deliver, set up, and break down equipment while making sure everything looks clean, safe, and ready for guests to enjoy. Responsibilities Load and unload equipment at our Hickory location Assist with setup and breakdown of soft play areas and inflatables (slides, water slides, etc.) Follow direction from the Event Crew Lead Help keep equipment clean, organized, and event-ready Occasionally remain onsite during events as an attendant when needed Represent Tiny Wonders Soft Play in a professional and positive way Travel & Pay Events may be local or up to about an hour away , depending on the booking Starting pay is $15 per hour You are compensated for gas You are paid from the start of the job until the event is fully completed Travel time is paid up to 1 hour total Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable with physical, hands-on work (indoor and outdoor environments) Reliable transportation to and from our Hickory location Punctual and dependable Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Schedule & Flexibility Part-time, based on bookings (mostly weekends) Hours vary depending on event volume This is a great opportunity for individuals who are in school, balancing another job, or managing other responsibilities, as we offer a flexible schedule.
