Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Sample Program Coordinator to support marketing initiatives, trade events, and sample fulfillment. This role plays a key part in coordinating projects, managing marketing materials, and ensuring timely delivery of Fabric product samples. Responsibilities Support execution of marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives, track progress and communicate updates to management Coordinate trade shows, showrooms, and sales meetings across North America and manage the logistics including shipping, materials, travel, and booth setup Ensure proper setup, branding, and post-event inventory handling, Track budgets and event expenses Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines, Partner with Sales and Product teams on launches and promotions Assist with website updates, blogs, and product announcements, support social media planning and content scheduling Coordinate marketing materials with external vendors and designers, Manage inventory of brochures, catalogs, and promotional items Process and fulfill customer sample requests for Fabric, Prepare and assemble sample kits, fabric swatches, and product displays Maintain organized sample inventory and storage of all fabrics, Track sample requests, inventory, and usage Support new Fabric product sample development and launches, Ensure sample quality, accuracy, and presentation standards Manage lifecycle of sample materials, including updates and disposal of fabrics Serve as a key liaison across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and vendors Skills Experience in marketing coordination, project management, or sample fulfillment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience in the textile or related industries Excellent communication (written and verbal) Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple projects Proficient in Microsoft Office Familiar with Shipping software such as UPS or FEDEX preferred SAP knowledge preferred
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
