You'll work directly with the Office of the Chief Marketing Officer at a Global Fortune 500 Tech Company, supporting high-visibility initiatives within the Intelligent Devices Group (IDG). This role offers exposure to executive leadership, enterprise-level marketing strategy, and global cross-functional teams. What You'll Do Drive Cross-Functional Marketing Initiatives Coordinate and support high-priority marketing and go-to-market projects across marketing, product, and business teams Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to keep initiatives on schedule Partner with global stakeholders to maintain alignment and execution Own Program & Operational Excellence Build and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation Support planning cycles, business reviews, and leadership updates Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency Support Executive-Level Communication Create presentations, briefing materials, and meeting summaries prepare leadership for key meetings and milestones Communicate clearly and professionally across teams and regions What We're Looking For Required Experience 3-5 years in marketing operations, project/program management, strategy & operations, consulting, or related roles Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Strong written and verbalmunication skills Highlyanized with strong attention to detail Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Tools & Systems Experience with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Workfront, Monday, Wrike, or similar tools Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting marketing or go-to-market teams Background working in global or matrixedanizations Experience preparing executive-level presentations or business reviews Interest in technology, consumer products, or marketing strategy What Success Looks Like Projects remain on track and stakeholders stay aligned Leadership is prepared and supported for key meetings and initiatives Teams operate more efficiently through youranization and follow-through Career Growth Opportunity This role is well-suited for someone interested in advancing into: Marketing Operations Program Management Product Marketing Strategy & Operations Top performers will gain visibility, ownership, and potential for full-time conversion. Pay Details:
