You'll work directly with the Office of the Chief Marketing Officer at a Global Fortune 500 Tech Company, supporting high-visibility initiatives within the Intelligent Devices Group (IDG). What You'll Do
Drive Cross-Functional Marketing Initiatives
Coordinate and support high-priority marketing and go-to-market projects across marketing, product, and business teams
Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to keep initiatives on schedule
Partner with global stakeholders to maintain alignment and execution
Own Program & Operational Excellence
Build and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation
Support planning cycles, business reviews, and leadership updates
Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency
Support Executive-Level Communication
Create presentations, briefing materials, and meeting summaries
prepare leadership for key meetings and milestones
Communicate clearly and professionally across teams and regions
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
3-5 years in marketing operations, project/program management, strategy & operations, consulting, or related roles
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Strong written and verbalmunication skills
Highlyanized with strong attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Tools & Systems
Experience with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Workfront, Monday, Wrike, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting marketing or go-to-market teams
Background working in global or matrixedanizations
Experience preparing executive-level presentations or business reviews
Interest in technology, consumer products, or marketing strategy

Pay Details:
$40.00 to $39.00 per hour
