The role supports day-to-day sales and marketing activities including reporting, marketing coordination, and community support. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the VP of Sales & Marketing Coordinate marketing activities, community events, and promotions Maintain and update website content, community information, and inventory homes Update and maintain MLS listings including pricing, descriptions, and photos Create and send regular email campaigns for communities and realtor outreach Monitor CRM (Lasso) to ensure accurate data and generate monthly reports Assist with marketing materials including brochures, pricing sheets, and collateral Coordinate with vendors and partners on marketing materials and deliverables Process invoices and assist with tracking marketing expenses Assist with gathering competitive market information and reporting Ensure marketing tasks and communications are completed accurately and on schedule Experience 1-3 years of administrative, marketing, or real estate experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable working with systems and data (CRM experience a plus) Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
