Job Description

Role Summary Allstar is hiring a B2B Marketing and Client Development Coordinator to help drive growth through stronger partner relationships and consistent market presence. This role focuses on retention of existing B2B partners and recruitment of new builder, architect, and commercial relationships through outreach, event planning, and coordinated brand execution. This is not a sales role responsible for closing projects. The primary output is opening doors, creating opportunities, and strengthening relationships. Opportunities and leads generated through this role will be brought back internally and executed by the Sales and Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities B2B Partner Retention and Relationship Management
  • Maintain consistent touchpoints with existing builders, architects, property managers, and commercial partners
  • Strengthen relationships through follow ups, check ins, and value added communication
  • Identify at risk accounts and improve retention through proactive engagement
  • Support the sales team by keeping Allstar top of mind with key decision makers B2B Partner Recruitment and Opportunity Generation
  • Identify and pursue new B2B relationships in target markets
  • Attend and participate in networking opportunities and industry events
  • Open doors and create warm introductions for Sales and Marketing to convert into projects
  • Track and report new opportunities and relationship progress in internal systems Event Planning and Coordination
  • Help manage, coordinate, and plan events for the team
  • Support logistics, scheduling, invitations, and follow up for partner events
  • Ensure the right materials, signage, and content are ready for events
  • Coordinate with internal teams so events are executed professionally and consistently Marketing Coordination and Field Support
  • Work alongside the marketing team to deliver content and materials for events and day to day outreach
  • Support campaign execution tied to B2B relationship development
  • Coordinate printing, collateral, and partner facing materials as needed
  • Assist in capturing field content and customer proof for ongoing marketing use B2B Marketing Tracker Ownership
  • Maintain and manage the B2B marketing prospect tracker
  • Own tiering and status updates with the office team
  • Ensure tracker accuracy, cleanliness, and activity documentation
  • Provide visibility into outreach cadence, touches, and next steps Performance Expectations
  • Consistent partner touch cadence and relationship activity
  • Strong event execution and follow through
  • Clean system health and accurate tracking
  • Increased partner engagement and a growing pipeline of warm B2B introductions
  • Effective collaboration with Sales and Marketing so opportunities move quickly and professionally Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Comfortable meeting new people and representing a brand professionally
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in construction, home services, building products, or B2B marketing preferred
  • Ability to travel locally and attend early morning or occasional after hours events What Success Looks Like

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
