They coordinate schedules, communicate with clients, arrange venues, manage budgets, supervise vendors, and handle event details from start to finish. Event coordinators must have strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills. They work closely with guests, staff, and service providers to create a positive and memorable experience.
