Trusted Wealth Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Wealth Planning Paraplanner & Marketing Coordinator to support both our advisory and business development functions. This hybrid role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality client service, preparing financial planning materials, and executing marketing initiatives to support firm growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and organizational skills with creativity and communication abilities, thriving in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30 (on-site) Responsibilities:
Paraplanning / Wealth Planning Support Assist financial advisors in the preparation and delivery of comprehensive financial plans. Gather, organize, and analyze client financial data (assets, liabilities, income, cash flow, tax information). Prepare financial planning reports, retirement projections, and investment analyses using planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, etc.). Draft client meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up summaries. Support portfolio review processes and performance reporting. Coordinate new account opening, account maintenance, and documentation. Ensure accuracy and completeness of client records and CRM data. Assist with compliance documentation and audit preparation as required. Marketing & Business Development Support Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, and digital outreach). Maintain and update firm website content and social media profiles. Assist in the development of marketing materials such as newsletters, client communications, and presentations. Help plan and execute client events, webinars, and seminars. Track campaign metrics and generate performance reports. Support branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all channels. Manage marketing calendar and coordinate campaign timelines. Qualifications:
Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in financial services, marketing, or a related role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience with financial planning software and CRM systems (e.g., Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce). Familiarity with investment concepts and wealth management processes. Marketing experience including email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), social media, or content creation. Progress toward or interest in professional certifications (CFP®, Series licenses, or similar). Career Development Opportunities:
