EXPERIENCED LIVE LUXURY SALES OPERATOR
Do you know how to SELL, create momentum, and make things happen without being micromanaged? Lusso by Lisa is looking for a high-energy, self-starting live sales powerhouse to help grow our luxury resale business across Instagram Live, TikTok Live, Whatnot, pop-ups, and digital selling platforms. This is not for someone who wants to be told what to do all day. We need someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, polished, and hungry. You should be the kind of person who sees opportunity, takes initiative, creates excitement, and closes sales.
YOU ARE:
A true self-starter who takes ownership Comfortable figuring things out and moving fast Confident on camera and naturally engaging Sales-minded with the ability to create urgency and convert viewers into buyers Fashion-savvy with an eye for luxury and trends Reliable, polished, organized, and proactive Excited to help BUILD something, not just clock in
HUGE PLUS IF YOU
Have experience selling live on Whatnot, TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, Palmstreet, etc. Know luxury brands (Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, vintage designer) Can independently plan live concepts, themed drops, or selling ideas Have your own audience OR know how to grow one Can assist with content creation, merchandising, or pop-up events
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Host live luxury selling events Move inventory and create buyer excitement Help concept and execute live sales strategy Build customer relationships + repeat business Jump in where needed to help grow the brand
