This role is ideal for outgoing, dependable individuals who enjoy live events, working with people, and being part of a high-energy team environment. What You'll Do Welcome and assist guests throughout the stadium with professionalism and enthusiasm Provide directions, seating assistance, and event information to fans and visitors Support crowd flow and help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment Monitor assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with venue policies Respond to guest concerns and provide solutions with excellent customer service Assist with event operations, setup, signage placement, and guest movement Work collaboratively with stadium staff, vendors, and event teams Represent the BEST brand through exceptional service and professionalism What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED preferred Customer service, hospitality, or event experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced environments Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Why Join BEST?
