Salary Range:

Drive an increase in sales inquiries for the office by soliciting and explaining our sales referral program, promoting the business, and delivering referral incentive cards while maintaining a high focus on quality and integrity. Expectations also include identifying opportunities to increase referrals. Position may be full time or part. Minimum 20 hours a week. There can be some flexibility on schedule by day and days per week. Full time position will include in-office duties and opportunities such as calling on unsold internet leads, handling service requests, and supporting the manager and owner. Compensation is sales referral-based including a bi-weekly draw and opportunity for added bonus when making in-office lead referrals.
