Marketing & Administrative Coordinator The Assurance Group - 3.8 Fairfield, NJ Job Details Full-time $55,000 - $65,000 a year 4 days ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Executive administrative support Attention to detail Task prioritization Organizational skills Full Job Description Our client is seeking a highly organized Marketing & Administrative Coordinator who can take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution while supporting operational priorities across the business. This is not an entry-level role. Looking for someone with prior experience who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and ensure projects move forward without constant direction. This position works directly in support of the President, who oversees the company's marketing efforts. The role is focused on execution, coordination, and follow-through rather than strategic ownership or team leadership. This is a stable, execution-focused position best suited for someone who takes pride in staying organized, supporting leadership, and consistently getting work across the finish line. Marketing Coordination & Execution Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across email, social media, and website Create and organize marketing assets, including photos, videos, and basic written content Support email campaigns and customer communications (email blasts, drip campaigns) Assist with market research and customer surveys to support business insights Coordinate trade shows and events, including timelines, materials, and logistics Maintain marketing calendars, shared files, and campaign documentation Drive projects forward with minimal oversight, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met Operational & Executive Support Provide calendar, scheduling, and travel coordination for the President as needed Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and track follow-ups Support leadership with organization, documentation, and task tracking Ensure priorities stay organized and moving through consistent follow-up and accountability Requirements for
Marketing & Administrative Coordinator:
Hands-on experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, or similar role with demonstrated ownership of projects Ability to operate independently and follow through without close supervision Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Photoshop is a plus This role is best suited for someone who enjoys a support-focused position and is not seeking a rapid growth track into senior marketing leadership For immediate consideration please send resume outlining your related experience.
