B. Responsibilities Assist Marketing Execution for the U.S. market. Work with Design team and Operations team to ensure Marketing standard. Assist market-wide promotions planning and programs to drive sales, traffic, and digital engagement Report to Marketing Manager for daily duties Support Quarterly Marketing Business review for internal C-Suite meeting Assist in marketing event execution, such as Grand Opening Day and brand activation Work closely with marketing and advertising agency partners 3+ years of Marketing experience is required C. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required Fluent in English, Korean speaking is preferred but not required Knowledge of brand marketing strategy, media, innovation protocols, research and financial acumen. Ability to build relationships, manage and influence franchisees, and cross-functional peers to achieve strategic objectives. 1+ years of restaurant experience is preferred D.
