Job Description

Urban Air Adventure Park - Hazlet, NJ We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Event & Marketing Coordinator to support both group sales and digital marketing efforts. This role combines hands-on event sales with local marketing execution to drive bookings, community engagement, and brand visibility.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, sales, marketing, or related field Key Responsibilities Event & Sales Responsibilities Conduct cold calls and outreach to schools, churches, PTAs, HOAs, sports teams, businesses, and local organizations Qualify, manage, and follow up on all incoming and outbound leads Support booking and confirmation of smaller-scale events such as birthday parties, field trips, and Spirit Nights Escalate private park rentals and large or non-traditional group events to Regional or Director leadership Forward qualified leads to the General Manager for tracking and approval Attend networking events, expos, and community functions to generate new leads and promote the park Support execution of group events, in-park activations, and special promotions Submit weekly activity and sales reports and participate in weekly check-in calls Marketing Responsibilities Manage and maintain daily activity on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Create, edit, and post short-form video content for TikTok and social media platforms Run and manage Facebook paid advertising campaigns to drive party bookings and awareness Monitor ad performance, engagement metrics, and lead generation results Use Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and campaign performance Execute local marketing campaigns as directed by the Marketing & Sales Management team Maintain in-park signage, flyers, and promotional materials Support seasonal promotions, digital campaigns, and community marketing initiatives If you meet all of the above qualifications, please send your resume along with your salary requirements for consideration
