Position Overview:
We are currently seeking (2) Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Representatives to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for daily communication with both new and existing customers, utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions, and working collaboratively with management and peers to achieve monthly goals. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys building customer relationships and thrives in a goal-oriented environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate daily with both previous and new incoming customers via phone, email, and text. Utilize CRM software to log customer details, track interactions, and follow up on leads. Work closely with management and team members to meet monthly sales and service goals. Answer incoming phone calls, address customer inquiries, and route callers to the appropriate department. Handle a variety of tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Previous automotive industry experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication skills , both verbal and written. Basic computer skills required, including experience with CRM systems. Bi-lingual in Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
