Uphold a positive environment for all customers, staff and all vendors Use expert product knowledge and storytelling to guide client purchases and styling. Collaborate with and assist fellow associates when needed. Process POS transactions accurately and manage store administration projects & tasks. Uphold visual standards and company grooming guidelines. Participate in store operations including stock maintenance and inventories. Ensure that the sales floor, dressing rooms, stock and common areas are kept organized, clean and safe for all associates and customers. Must be Flexible to work evenings & mandatory weekends on a retail schedule

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to articulate customer and product needs Demonstrates ability to work with a variety of groups including management, creative, executives and hourly work force. Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail Google Suite (word, excel, google docs, power point & email) proficiency Profile Flexible •Hourly + Commission•
