Job Description

Job Overview Luxurious Auto Sales Inc is looking for a motivated and professional BDC Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — managing inbound and outbound communications to book appointments and drive showroom traffic. You'll work directly within our dealer dashboard to track leads, update customer records, and ensure every prospect is followed up with promptly and professionally. Duties Contact leads and existing customers via phone, text, and email to schedule appointments for vehicle viewings Navigate and manage our dealer dashboard daily — logging interactions, updating lead status, and tracking appointment outcomes Consistently follow up with prospects until appointments are confirmed and customers arrive at the dealership Assist with social media presence — engaging with followers, responding to DMs and comments, and helping generate interest in our inventory Communicate professionally with a diverse customer base in both English and Spanish Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with dealership experience preferred Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette and organizational abilities Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases Demonstrated success in B2B (business-to-business) sales environments and outbound sales strategies Proficiency with CRM software for managing the sales pipeline and customer relationships Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and active listening Knowledge of inventory control, retail math, and automotive inventory management practices Ability to handle high-end sales scenarios with confidence and professionalism Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service
Pay:
$15.00 - $40.00 per hour
