Marketing Coordinator - Full Time

Position Overview We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with proven marketing experience who can take ownership of our brand presence and elevate our social media to the next level. The right candidate is both strategic and hands-on. We need someone who can plan, execute, and optimize marketing efforts across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms Manage and grow all social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and graphics Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase engagement and reach Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on data insights Coordinate marketing initiatives, promotions, and events Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging Assist with email marketing campaigns and client outreach Maintain and update website content as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) 1+ years of marketing or social media experience Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.) is a plus
