Job Description

Albuquerque Communications Group is a leading Business Sales and Consulting firm based in Albuquerque, known for our innovative communications and outreach strategies that significantly enhance brand visibility and market share for our telecommunications clients. As we continue to grow and expand our operations throughout Albuquerque we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Verizon Representatives to play a key role in helping us expand Verizon's presence throughout the Albuquerque market. As a Verizon Representative, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers provided to us by Verizon. The Verizon Representative will engage with customers face-to-face within a provided territory, handling account inquiries, product recommendations, and customer enrollment. In this position, you'll be responsible for educating both new and existing customers about Verizon's wireless and subscription services, helping them make informed decisions to ensure customers receive the best solutions for their needs. This role blends consultative sales with account management, focusing on delivering exceptional service and driving successful outcomes for both customers and Verizon. Key Responsibilities for the
Verizon Representative:
Assist residential customers with processing new service orders and increasing sales for Verizon's wireless and internet products Explain the features of wireless products and services and vocalize the benefits compared to the local competition. Conduct sales presentations to customers within a provided territory to close out sales for interested and qualifying customers. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by applying effective sales strategies and delivering exceptional customer service. Participate in training sessions, product seminars, and virtual workshops to stay updated on industry trends. Educate consumers about Verizon's new services and promotions. Enhance and maintain client reputation through excellent customer service skills. Provide leadership and mentorship within the team. Qualifications for the
Verizon Representative:
High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships. Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking capabilities, with exceptional time management and organizational skills. Confidence and comfort in public speaking, whether to small or large audiences. Ability to work full-time hours and weekends as needed.

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
