The venue is poised to become a premier destination for youth sports tournaments and events, while also serving as a vital recreational resource for the local community.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the marketing and brand execution of Henderson Sports & Social through creative design, content creation, and digital engagement. The role combines graphic design, videography, social media management, and marketing assistance to help drive awareness, engagement, and traffic across all areas of the facility. This position plays a key role in positioning the venue not only as a sports complex, but as a compelling destination for social outings, birthday parties, and entertainment experiences. The role requires creativity, organization, and the ability to execute in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and design marketing materials for digital and print platforms including social media, website, email campaigns, signage, and in-venue displays. Capture and produce photo and video content to support marketing initiatives, including short-form content for social media platforms. Edit and deliver engaging content that highlights facility experiences including sports, family entertainment, events, and dining. Assist in managing and executing social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement monitoring. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, special events, and seasonal initiatives. Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy. Collaborate with internal departments to gather content and promote leagues, tournaments, birthday parties, and social events. Monitor social media trends and recommend creative approaches to increase reach and engagement. Assist with general marketing tasks including campaign coordination, asset organization, and vendor communication. Perform other duties as appropriate.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or marketing-related role. Demonstrated experience in videography and video editing. Experience managing or contributing to social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar), as well as Canva. Strong portfolio demonstrating design and/or video work. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
